The Aveiro International Artistic Ceramics Biennial is one of the most relevant cultural events in Portugal and internationally, within the scope of artistic ceramics production.

It aims to contribute to the production of contemporary artistic ceramics, by encouraging experimentation and creativity, becoming a hub for promoting new trends in ceramics and contributing to didactic training and cultural development

A center for dialogue and sharing, it acts as a disseminator of currents and concepts, opening paths in the field of contemporary artistic ceramics, acting within the framework of the aesthetic renewal that has been observed and also revealing new materials and techniques.
